Spire is a cutting edge digital product for optimizing the day to day operations of any organization - big or small. The service is composed of three elements: a website for information and purchases, a native app for consumers, and a dashboard application utilized by organizations. The goal is for organizations (often smaller or voluntary) to make working days more efficient, in addition to a complete solution for revenue generating activities, such as fundraising.

What I did

I was an integral member of the design team since its inception. Initially, my role entailed gathering market and user insights, and I systematically organized data collection utilizing methods such as surveys and interviews. This allowed us to gain a comprehensive understanding of our target audience's needs and preferences.

As part of my responsibilities, I undertook the design of the purchase flow for various platforms, including web, desktop, and mobile. This involved creating intuitive and user-friendly pathways for customers to navigate through during their purchase journey.

Furthermore, I played a key role in the testing phase of our products. I conducted thorough testing to identify potential issues or areas for improvement in the designs. This iterative process helped refine our designs and deliver a high-quality final product that met the needs of our customers. I worked closely with our customers helping them create build profiles and create content for marketing and sales.

Throughout these phases, I collaborated closely with the team, contributing to discussions, incorporating feedback, and aligning our design efforts with the company's overall strategy.
