I also worked with enhancing the user experience and information security of the B2B web application, which serves as a property management system for professional landlords and brokers. This initiative aimed at making the system more user-friendly, efficient, and secure for customers, ensuring ease of understanding and increasing overall usability and safety. The system got better tailored to enable customers to more easily adhere to their own privacy protocols. Additionally, features were added to prevent customers from engaging in activities that could conflict with privacy principles.
